We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All tags, protective packaging, and accessories are intact
  • No signs of wear, damage, stains, or odor

Please note that for hygiene and protection, certain items such as intimate wear or clearance items may not be eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, please contact our customer care team with your order number and reason for the request:

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide detailed return instructions. Please do not send your item back without contacting us first, as this may delay processing.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different style, size, or color, our customer care team will be happy to assist you. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

6. Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we will help you open an investigation with the courier. A refund or replacement will be issued based on the courier’s final resolution.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or change the order.
